What's Covered: Scan engine failures, keypad/button failures, non-responsive touchscreens and display failures, sensor or calibration failures, non-responsive ports, connectivity issues with Wi-Fi/Bluetooth/cellular, and speaker or microphone malfunctions
What's Not Covered: Consumable items such as batteries, straps, plastics, printheads, and any damage resulting from misuse or abuse (units with rattling internal parts, water damage, cracked cases, cracked displays, and cracked touchscreens will not be covered)
Peace of Mind: Extended protection reduces unexpected downtime for your scanners and printers

Hardware is warranted for a period of three (3) years from the date of original purchase against defects in workmanship and materials, provided the hardware remains unmodified and is operated under normal and proper conditions. This extended coverage includes all terms of the standard 1-year warranty, giving you longer protection for parts and labor. Consumable items that degrade from everyday use (i.e., plastics, straps, batteries, printheads, etc.) are not covered. The customer is responsible for shipment to the repair depot, while ScanDepot covers return ground shipping. Any repairs and shipping required outside of the warranty remain the customer's full responsibility.

Delivery and Shipping

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia and the UK. To enquire about shipping to a different destination, please contact us.

Standard shipping normally takes 3-5 days. Next day shipping is available on all domestic orders (for an additional charge). International shipping times depend on the products and destination (estimated at checkout).

Easy returns

Items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.

Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s).
