We provide support for these certified handheld scanners, you are able to capture the taxpayer’s source documents and information to associate them with the appropriate tax return in CrossLink.

Customers should use this kit to connect the scanner to a USB port on their computer.

Hardware is warranted for a period of six (6) months from the date of original purchase against defects in workmanship and materials, provided the Hardware remains unmodified and is operated under normal and proper conditions. This warranty does not cover any damage resulting from misuse or abuse. Warranty repairs performed within these guidelines will be made at no charge to the customer for parts and labor.  Consumable items that degrade from everyday use (i.e. plastics, straps, batteries, etc) are not covered as part of this warranty. The customer is responsible for shipment to the repair depot. Return ground shipping is paid for by ScanDepot. Shipping becomes the sole responsibility of the customer when repairs are required to be performed outside of the warranty coverage.
