When adding service contracts, (1) service contract must be purchased for each (1) device. 

Contracts begin at the date of purchase. Contracts are Comprehensive - Extends wear and tear coverage to also include coverage for accidental breakage (does not include device replacement for "totaled" units). Shipping to the repair center is paid by the customer, and return ground shipping is paid by ScanDepot.

Hardware is warranted for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase against defects in workmanship and materials, provided the Hardware remains unmodified and is operated under normal and proper conditions. This warranty does not cover any damage resulting from misuse or abuse. Warranty repairs performed within these guidelines will be made at no charge to the customer for parts and labor. Consumable items that degrade from everyday use (i.e. plastics, straps, batteries, etc) are not covered as part of this warranty. The customer is responsible for shipment to the repair depot. Return ground shipping is paid for by ScanDepot. Shipping becomes the sole responsibility of the customer when repairs are required to be performed outside of the warranty coverage.
